Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Where at least 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can either be refunded in full or transferred to a new appointment date.

 

If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, your deposit will be retained. Deposits may also be retained for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.
